Fef is a cool gal

So, this happened a while back. Yeah yeah, I know Fef doesn't wear layers, gloves, or have a backwards skirt-- it was waaaay cold and I'm frankly too lazy to remake my skirt the proper way.

I had to slap this on super quick at like 5 am for school, so the earfins are applied p sloppily and I'm missing some jewelry. It was fun nonetheless.
